📜 Service Policy

We believe in keeping things clear, fair, and respectful — for both our clients and ourselves. Below is a breakdown of our service policies so you know exactly what to expect when working with us.

📅 Booking Policy

All appointments must be scheduled in advance, either through our online booking system, by phone, or by email. Once your request is received, we’ll confirm your appointment and any details about the service.

💳 Deposit & Payment Policy

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of half your total price may be required at the time of scheduling. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

The only form of payment is invoices, which we will send to the customer.

If payment is not made on time, future bookings may be declined until the balance is cleared.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

  • Please give us at least 48 hours' notice

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit

Missed appointments without notice are considered “no-shows” and may result in full charge.

🧼 Service Guarantee & Satisfaction Policy

We take pride in our work. If something was missed or not done to your satisfaction, please let us know within 24 hours of your service and we’ll do our best to make it right.

However, we do not offer full refunds once a service has been completed.

🚫 Safety & Access Policy

For the safety of our cleaners and your property:

  • Please ensure pets are secured during service

  • Let us know in advance how we will access the property (key, code, someone present, etc.)

  • We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary beyond the normal cleaning scope

🔁 Recurring Service Policy

If you’ve booked regular cleanings (weekly, biweekly, monthly), we’ll keep your spot reserved at your chosen time. Changes to your schedule must be communicated in advance to avoid conflicts or charges.

🔐 Privacy & Respect

We treat your home or business with respect. We do not touch personal items, open closed doors or drawers (unless instructed), and we protect your privacy and property.
